If you find any item missing, or if anything is damaged, quality problem or wrong product please immediately return the package to your delivery agent. After you accept the package, we are unable to receive claims for missing, wrong or defective items.

The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery. 

Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.

In case of undelivered order  for any reason, refund will be procesed deducting the disconted amount, if any.

For any technical issue with the order, delivery, or refund procedure, the customer will be provideue is resolvd the correct service as soon as the issed.

In the event of a return, the buyer shall be responsible for all transportation and courier charges incurred.
